Hello Mate,
I have here a NISSAN MAXIMA that does not accept key programming via 14 old PIN socket using the T300.
In fact following all lost keys issue, the previous Technician attempt to start the car with a Blank key and now is seems like the Communication Between the IMMO BOX and the Engine ECU is Locked.
Could someone knowledgeable with Nissan Immo Help?
Kind regards

From what the customer explained regarding the work so far done by the previous Technician, the car started and run for about one minute and then dies.
Furthermore, this car does not need PIN code for Key Programming. It is the one using the Old type Immobox.
Thanks

if you are using the older 14 pin socket are you sure it is nats 4 id41 cos the maxima uses a id33 nats 2 system untill 1999 2000 on is id41 nats 4 with a t300 you need the nissan dongle but you wont get comms unless you have the key turned to position 1 i have done loads of these nissans that wont communicate and it always seems to be the ldv cubs, maxima and vanette types that wont give comms full stop you may have to read the processor to produce a key

Thanks for the info Mate. You are right. As point of correction, it is the NAST2 with the immo box as that shown at Module 43 of Tmpro2.
This explained,if communication is lock between this IMMOBOX and the Engine ECU and i then read the Motorola OD54J and make a T5 transponder will the car start
Once more thanks

yes if it is just a lost key the car will start like jeff from tm pro says tm pro will help you make a chip to the immobiliser but if there is something else wrong it will not work some customers tend to lie about what has been tried before in some cases ecus were missing and the customer denies all knowledge saying it was running before
