hello
Have you checked if the DV has not pierced the membrane?

common fault on 1.8t engines, clean throttle body out, and check dv, also n75 valve is very prone to failing on these engines.

N75 is new and DV is OK. Error comes when i drive in gear 5 constantly and then accelerating briefly.

Hello
You should at least be fair enough to tell that the file you are using comes from the well known ebay DVD! I have it in my collection since 2004.
The symptom is triggered by the tuning but the main reason is the very strict pressure tolerance control in original file. Seat and Skoda have it that way. Audi/VW does not.
Exchange the passive crankcase ventilation valve under the intake runner system and your problem is fixed.

110% shure. But the file is OK. You can use it. I know the tuner who made it for over 15 years.

How can this file be OK if the fahrerwunschmoment is more then 100% and the altetude corrention is not working anymore, for instance.

Hello
You are absloutely right. I said it is OK. I did not say it is perfect. :-) There are more "errors" in this file like KFLDIMX over 100%. But these mistakes do not trigger the error discussed.

This error is set by 'tubopressure linearisation' I have seen that before.

How is that possible when "linearisation" KFLDRL has not been touched at all in this map? :-)
