hi, i jus wondered how u guys identify ecus

for example i have a golf plus here with part number

03G 906 021 TT

Control Module Part Number: 03G 906 021 TT
HW: 03G 906 021 AB
Component and/or Version: R4 1,9L EDC 000SG 2745

how can i tell wat it is??

for bosch parts you can use esitronic
if you have the bosch reference of the part ,esitronic will tell you what is it

1. go to Bosch Automotive Aftermarket - Products (http://www.bosch-automotive-catalog.com)

2. click on Product Search
3. choose External number
4. type your number, in this case 03G906021TT
5. click search
