tried Tacho2008, Dash plug pin Scorpio with no success

strange: Tachosoft V21.5 that Km is stored in BSI.

km are stored ONLY in BCU box
box is mounted under tachometer ,left side ,see picture
label :

box include processor Motorola 68HC11E9 PLCC52
when use MPROG ,read/write in external adapter

the conection show is for 912 version, in you case has hc11, if you have upa usb you will be good to go, by now there is no tool as far as I know tha can be done by OBD II.

did u put the 2 wires as shown, yellow and blue?

also diga can do it but u need 13v, so solder it and plug diga 12v adapter in ur car and start the car so voltage is high, it will work
