Bmw e36 transmission problem

I have change engine to 2.8 litre and i use orginal ecu box for old engine and car start good but transmission not work. If i try ecu for 2.8 litre it say ews problem and car not start. What is problem?

You should use the 2.8 ecu it is setup better for the 2.8 engine, you need to align immo and ews then car will start

So if i fix immo ews so work auto transmission?

Can i change eeprom or i must use gt1 for this job?

how can i align immo to ews, or can i use immo off on this car?

Car work now, but i cant drive, my automat not work, nothing happening when i test DRIVE D or R
