FOR BMW X3 DDE-EWS4 SYNC

I need virgin ECU dump or EWS4 dump.. I read them from second hand ECU.. I tried to read old ECU but it damaged.. Can anyone virginize ECU or EWS dump or match ISN of ECU and EWS? I can sync them..

ECU :

EWS4 MCU : 9S12D64 (2L86D)
