Can i join sport club at another town?

I looked at the parks and recreation of my town to see if they have sports opening, but they have none. I checked out another town and they have what I'm looking for...i was just wondering i can participate even though i'm not from the same town? also I want take up sports this summer, but I don't know where else to look. any suggestion.http://www.depin.info/siteduzero.gif

depends on local by-laws if council owned sports clubs etc,
cant see a problem if different town but in same region/district,simple thing to do is pick up a phone and dial the club/venue concerned and ask them.can only say-yes/no.
