who can help me out this jaguar car x type

pls friend i have a jaguar (x type) car with ecu number mb0797008949 1x43 10k975 ap the car does not crank from key, i have tried reprogramming with t 300 i having communication error or communication fail. pls friends what could be the possible cause of the problem. could it be ecu.

Of course it could be and be carefuly with fuse box on rear, check it.

i have only one fuse box at the driver side there is no fuse box at the rear pls help out
