is it 1:1 pin match up for bdm cable? ex: pin 1 > pin 1, pin 2 > pin 2, ect?

lot of work solder, buy wires springs bdm! the perfect solution,everything looks nice!

i can solder a pin header in about 30 seconds. desolder in same amount of time and clean up the board using solder wick. seems easier than building a jig and adapter.
