Toyota LandCruiser Diesel 90 1998

I have a LandCruiser that lost all keys. I have made two chips from Immo with ZedProg. One chip with tpx 1 and one 4C I have added it to the immo.
The car dose not start, the injection led in dash stay steady.
Can someone tel me how many keys are introduced in the immo I have attached? I'm guessing with the one I have attached they are too many.
There are any immo off solutions to this?
