1 chip isnt compatible??
2 pin code isnt correct??
3 ecu is blocked??

Most probably the first variant. ;)
If it were the pin you got wrong pin.
If the ECU is blocked you have ECU disconnected.

What Car year and chip did you use?

so the chip is it pcf7936 peugeot citroen???
