toyota corolla 2009 valeo remote

Hi ,
A customer has a 2009 Corolla with valeo key, he lost his remote. from his description it's a valeo remote with two buttons.
the working valet key has a 4d 70 transponder and valeo logo on it's blade. with a very light gray colour.

what part number is this remote? and would it be programmed manually??
