VAG MED17 OBD read protect

VAG MED17 ecu file, Can this file be protected so that it cannot be read out via OBD?

File is attched , please help.

No, impossible, apart from the pretty useless NO READ tag.

Have you got 12 volts on pin 16 of obd plug in vehicle?
