dashboard cumuns falts or issues

Hi !
lot of dashboards have similar fail
and I want to ask if the power down in cold, of the info: miles rpm veloc.
is capacitator issue transitor ,resistor ?!
dash in cause is jagger from laguna 2000 1.9
and the other is from mercedes V 220 cdi , I dont see the dashs but just to know if someone have a clue for possible issues !
I left one manual reaper of senic 2
the credits go to some French guy !

Normally the problems you are talking about appear because of bad welding points.

the dashboard arrive !
I check every solder joint"s
but I don"t know the pins for switch to the test !
someone know ?!
I gonna left the pics I made, not the best resolution, but just to have a idea for the dash !
I think pins 16 is 12v and 24 is GND but the dash don"t get on !
