KM CHANGE CITROEN PICASSO

hi can anyone please hel me out changing this BSI dump , 95128 eeprom from citroen bsi . it has around 180.000 km and i need 95000 or reset.

you right, is not the original dump, the big problem is, i put 95.000 in dash and bsi, ( or 0000 in bsi ) and all the time gives 180.088. the dash doesnt modify , just the bsi does. i dont know what is wrong. some help would be great.
