Now and again I have a mooch around the pirate bay. If virgin is your isp forget it! Is this China or the 'free' west? The thin end of the wedge? As far as torrents go, its a drop in the ocean, didnt BT do something similar, but I would be interested if there is a way to side step Big Brother?

Yep, malaysiabay with a y works as does hidemyass, albeit a kind of plain text version of the site with no graphics.
