Renault Megan2 II doesnt start

Hi all need your help
i have renault megane II 2006 1.6 16v doesnt start with a message in the dash "steering lock" or "steering unlock" , i remove the steering lock mechanisim and read the 24c04 and put there all FF , i put it in the car when i push Start button (card) the steering make a noise and realse it self and dont start and give me message "steering lock" .

Need your advaice

I solved the same problem.BSM module in the engine compartment has a faulty contact. Let 'with connector
