vu+ solo

i have just set up my vu+ solo and it's working fine most of the time
but i have an intermittent fault if i am watching a channel for more than an hr then go to change channel the box loses connection to the dish (no signal at all)
if i restart the box everything is fine again?
the box is a clone with blackhole 1.7.4 image
could this be a faulty tuner or maybe a driver problem ?

the seller wants the box back and will send me a new one he say's faulty tuner

what do your have your tuner settings set at ?

and is this happening on fta channels also?

the tuner settings are single sat astra2

the problem got solved now i got a new box off the seller
am using the same settings as before and now working perfect

the one thing that is annoying is nar (narrative reading )
on some channels it just turns itself on is there any way to completly turn this off ? i know i just use the audio button
when i am on the channel
but there must be an easier way
like with the dm800hd ( go into settings and swith it off)

Install the latest Vix m8, sets all audio to AC3, Impressed so far with it, just installed it today, not on a solo though but its a Vu :-)
