Tore my calf in November last year took about 8 weeks to fully heal,it popped like a gun when i did it.
Massage will help but i bought a cheap support that helped.
Think if you go to one of those massage places something else will get rubbed lol

6 weeks now , had the comp 9 days arfter poping it and had it pop there tooooo , nasty injuary .
