Toyota 4C passo add key

Hi,

Both engine ECU and immo were "done" by someone else,

i put engine ecu and immo into car , short pin 4-13 on OBD2 port for 35 minutes before read dump.

Hopefully dump is good, and need help to add key.

Imm0 box no label, is a black colored box.

Imm0 chip: 93LC66
Engine ECU: L56R

Read both chip with both 8bit and 16bit dumps in attachment, read with UPA

it seems the key data is inside, weird, car cannot start, and getting code 1601. CAN BUS error ?

vanos the key data is already in my original file, right ? i guess the problem is somewhere else.
