siemens ms45 cloning

Does anybody know if its possible to clone a new ms45.0 ecu with full bdmreadout (processor,eprom and eeprom) from old ecu? And will this work? I ask because tried it with a ms45.1 and doesn't work - problem seems to be a checksum in processor file and it seems that processor is able to check the program in eprom!
Maybe someone can help??

What you mean with different HW version?
In my knowledge 45.1 is for america market and 45.0 europe market!
I checked the pcb layout and couldn't find a difference, even processor was the same,....
