The only way it would happen is if Google manage to buy Blackberry.

To do that they would have to beat Nokia & Samsung who are both interested.

But Blackberry isn't for sale. At least not yet.

Even if they did buy blackberry, the service is based on encrypted server access that costs money to run. You pay for the service on blackberry phones, so you would need to pay for it on any other phones. It would also require some major software changes & a serious investment in server capability... There are more android handsets out there than any other smart phone o/s handsets.

In short, even if they managed to aquire blackberry there's no way it could be included into andriod handsets for many years. It's not worth it when for less money they could set up their own system on an app based download.
