Fiat Doblo Lucas Epic - calibration rotor

hello
please could someone help me with change of position of rotor in memory 93C46?
I?ve been trying already few days to repair it by using mechanics method but without any luck. I will be really very pleased if someone could help me to solve it out.

P.S.: I checked lots of articles here on forum but unfortunately I didn?t find how to change the memory.

Always will have those error due to ammarben?s calbration method done under elchip user sw :)

where is this memory? I have fiat punto 1.9D and in ecu i see;

The fault is not detected now, but it is stored in memory. Clear fault codes, and observe for future appearance of the same fault. Dashboard warning light was not activated for this fault.
2: P0254 - Rotor position sensor: (rate of flow at maximum)
Injection Pump A Rotor/Cam High
The reason for this fault is that ECU has received very low signal from the sensor. The fault is present now. Take appropriate action to fix this sensor fault. Dashboard warning light was activated for this fault.
3: P1607 - OSM (sensor memory access)
No help available
The reason for this fault is that ECU has received very high signal from the sensor. The fault is present now. Take appropriate action to fix this sensor fault. Dashboard warning light was not activated for this fault.

What is the procedure? Remove sensor from the pump? And then cut blue gel, read eprom, write calibration dump and then install sensor on the pump and start the engine?

I try to recalibrate the dump. First start is very well, but another is also bad as before. Today i will try to install 0.25mm shim in rotor as i read from lucas manual for repair and then new recalibration.

Today i try with 0.25 mm shim. Engine not start. I removed the new shim and install only original 2 shims. Now car starting very well and working very well. But i have only one fault code (OSM sensor access).

The engine ecu is repaired by another garage and i think that problem is in him. Maybe they remove eprom and communication between ecu and OSM memory missing. I will open ecu tomorow.

Hi to all.
Next week i will fit a second hand pump (rebuild) in Doblo 1.9 2001 with Lucas Epic pumpe.
Should I program the pump (93c46) or not to start the car.

HELLO everyone. I'm not really sure how old this post is but I have the same problem on Fiat Doblo 2004 1.9D (223A6000). The fault codes red with DELPHI diagnostics are P0252, P0254, P0010. Apparantly there is a problem with the pump. The thing is that I'm not really sure what to do with it. Shall I remove it and send it for repair or the problem could be resolved without repairing the whole unit??! Many thanks

I have same problem with fiat doblo. Engine wont start without full throttle and hold idle. Diagnostic show P0252. I try calibrate OSM sensor. After calibration, 1st cold start is same. On the 2nd start, car idling and react on accelerator pedal, but the idle is erratic. Now diagnostic show errors P0252 and P1607.

better results u'll get if solder hole electronics of rotor, recalibrate eeprom and soldering ecu conector points (behind sticker).
