I would definitely dump the cccam (even reinstall linux without it)
if you have installed omnikey pscd drivers and set up oscam reader in oscam.server then
=====================
oscam.conf
[global]
serverip = 192.168.x.xx
logfile = /var/log/oscam.log
cachedelay = 120
nice = -1
preferlocalcards = 1
saveinithistory = 1
[monitor]
hideclient_to = 15
appendchaninfo = 0
[cccam]
port = 12000 (or what u want)
reshare = 2
version = 2.2.1 (or your users version)
[webif]
httpport = xxxx (what you want)
httpuser = username
httppwd = password
httprefresh = 10
httpallowed = 127.0.0.0,192.168.0.2-192.168.0.255
[newcamd]
key = 0102030405060708091011121314
port = 10000@0963:000000;10001@0963:000000
===================
oscam.user
[account]
user = userdummy
pwd = pass
group = 1
uniq = 1
au = omnikey

Friends can still use cccam
Use a n line to go with newcamd (check port no )
or
Use a cline to go with cccam (check port no)
Just make sure there isnt a script running cccam on startup or it might crash the omnikey reader
