ford escape 2004

i have ford escape 2004 accident and airbag open and now i change airbags but light flashes 4 times when i ignition ON....i ope the airbag module and it has this information...please let me know how to read this module i have upa usb programmer and here is the module info...

and make year is 08/09/2003 made in canada
please help me to read this module and make it clear...
