Anybody know why the free to air station is blocked for the Euros on the HD channel but not on SD..?

They changed frequencies on that particular channel since the Sat analogue switch off on the 30/04/12, still FTA. But I am sure you would have known that mate.

If you have already changed frequencies already, I don't know what the problem is?
