Hi friend
The P0606 code was present / stored? He was fired? If you have been basically means that the PCM / ECM (powertrain / engine control module) has detected a failure of internal integrity in the PCM and when this code is enabled it must store freeze-frame data that helps someone with an advanced code scanning for information on exactly what was happening with the vehicle. solution The most common fix for a code P0606 is to replace the PCM, although in some cases re-flashing the PCM with updated software could solve this. Be sure to check on his vehicle TSB (Technical Service Bulletins). In all likelihood, the fix is to replace the PCM. Recommend qualified repair / technician do the work, which has the ability to reprogram the new PCM. Install the new PCM may involve the use of special tools for programming VIN of the vehicle (the vehicle identification number) and / or anti-theft information (PATS, etc.). This might be the problem of your opel! Good luck ;)
