Autocom no update firmware

Hello, I have a problem every time I want to update firmware Autocom 20011.3
I get error and I can not update! Autocom not connect to vehicle because it has incorrect version of firmware and I've tried several times ... RESTATEMENT but always fails! you you have this problem? can help me?

you have error in theh midle of process o not begin to update?

you go to sentings select usb port, whit cable, no bluethood and then push update firmware, the leds are blinking for few mninits

How to make update firmware:
-plug autocom to the car
-plug usb cable between autocom and PC/Laptop
-open autocom software
-run tu setup and push searh or testing, after that you will receive a message about update firmware
-push update button and light a tigarete
-wait 10minute and smoke your tigarete

You will see a loading bar, and after 10minutes you will receive "succeful update" message.
