Nissan Micra Steering Wheel Faulty

Hi.

I have Nissan Micra with steering wheel faulty.

The steering is hard to move and diag shows this DTC:

-C1606
-C1608

I think that its a dump problems. I have read it the 24C16.

Anyone can help me repairing this dump?
