Somebody know whats the actually part number for 4c & 4d, i'm looking for its datasheet, had google it out even at TI homepage came out nothing. Thanks in advance...

4C =

Yes, but its cross ref anyway thanks for replying me.Weird..how come manufacturers not make it public for this kind of transponder datasheet used in automotive.
Only got a clue something like 4c (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ri-trp-dr2b.pdf) and 4d (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ri-trp-dr2b.pdf), but its useless datasheet....

Anyone have this TOP SECRETS info?Thanks
