Hello everyone, Pls help me I need to unlock my NEC E338.

This phone is around 8 years old!!

I've never used this tool, so please don't ask how! You'll require a data cable...

If I recall, you may need to downgrade the firmware on the phone for a successful unlock... Not 100% certain as I haven't seen one of these phones since 2004.
