it so easy write the file and put immo back in car , immo light will be stay constant just put all keys in ignition and take it out . if u want one key open switch from on to off six times quickly.

when immo light be constant put the key in ignition for few minute , the immo light will be flash and this will be the master key , put second key in ignition the immo lite will cbe constant and then flash , to close learning key put the third key in ignition and this will be valet key.
if you want just one key put key in ignition for few minute and ligte will be flash ,take it out and quicly cucle key to on for sex times.

if u have T300 than go type 4 and do immo rest and than add key . its 20mint work . why u tri add key by manual method.
now if u have 1 working key than only do add key

Your original read is bad.

As leandroks said, probably should have been read as an 8 bit file.

But im guessing you cant do that now that you've tried to write a virgin file to it, so original read is lost.

Try writing the virgin file you were given as an 8 bit file.

If that doesn't work, post the part number of the immo box and see if someone has a virgin file.

You have read as 16 bit, then tried to write virgin file to eeprom...

Therefore the original read is now lost with no hope of getting a good original read.

Post immo box part number and see if someone has a virgin file.
