what chip to read, is there im*o off solution for that ECU?

I read eeprom and make some modifications in file, here are my ori, virgin and off files in archive, please look at them and tell me what do you think.

Hello friend.You used for emulator the virgine file?or a specially modified file?I have same problem.But i used the renault emulator an modified some adresses(003E,003F,0040,0041,0044-47 to FF).And not worked.So please tell me what file you used?Thanks.
