texa mobile idc4 update

Hi !
I have a friend ho have a texa ori , and the program have some issues and he erase to try to install again, but wend the cd autorun starts, the setup junp"s to usb and dont install the program. says there is all ready the program installed
I try to unintall from regedit but i dont know what keys values the texa program have !
I run a registry cleaner and no luck !
dont want to format the pc !
is anyone knows any solution ?!

Texa... he had uninstall correctly ?
You have pen connected ?
Need to disconnect Antivirus and is a long time to do all,install and update.
It is a very big program,don?t know wy.

he uses the laptop just for diag tolls , no antivirus and the key pen or dongle is connect at the beginning !
