Dream box DM900II channel mess up cannot view and lost of channel

hi all the bro here i am noobie here kindly help me.

i was trying to fix some channel for my mum cause it was unable to view out of suddenly. ended up i auto scan it all channel mess up and cannot be view kindly help me as my poor mum have no tv to watch

I manage to find back all channel but the screen is blank after i put in the 8fffffffffff command can any 1 help please by the way i am in the green king card

Did u buy the green card recently to replace the expired card and have u re enter the keys? If u still unable to view all sh channels after doing all the this, u need to change the box key.

Yup i bought the green card last year actually the story is like this the dreambox was in my room n i often watch it so i install in my mum room but it turn out to be some channel no signal unable to watch but when the box was in my room it was ok so i try auto scan then the whole when mess up and less channel nvm then i saw this post what the guy did was same he press the blue colour button then key 8f fffffffff.... more worst all channel was black only normal singapore channel can watch now i try tf from 000 to 999 it bought back all channel but still black the screen can teach me how to do and all channel still mess up

It can be done but i don't think it is necessary as it cannot follow like sh numbering...just scroll up and down to find channels or add it to favourites.

i master reset my dm 900c-ii then did tp range got abt 130 chans but only able to view all the ftv channels.. tried f8 ff... n ff ff... all cant work.. under my card info it says card type not supported but the card im using is the green n red front white back.. actually i didnt touch my box for a mth already when i turn on its like that got fedup n did the master reset.. can anyone guide me abit thanks :) btw my box release is jun 6 2010 h/w 010 s/w 021... if i didnt buy this box like jus 2-3 mths back i would def change to those cardless ones
