Did you write this 100% org file and it shows error?

Yes, this is the problem, I erase it but after some km error is on again, maybe anybody before me writed the flash with bdm100 without right checksum calc and this is the problem?
I tried to write it on desk with mpps and galleto but can not write this ecu...mpps crash and galleto said error speed select or something like that...

car behavior?do you have vas?when yes check if an update available has,and if option 19 came out do the update.therefore after that write it again with mpps.think that also your dump is not 100% ori (corrupt).

best regards

Have seen this error before when modifying the eeprom contents of the ecu for immo off solution (immo off works fine, but he eeprom error is present). Updating it online with a dealer tool solves the problem or fixing the checksum of the eeprom (not the flash!!).

eeprom doesn't need checksum

it does not need a checksum to work, but it is must be in a certain format (not a real checksum). Just change a few bits in the eeprom like for example one character of the chassis number and the car will still start and run fine, but the eeprom error will occur!

wrong values in file, is different to wrong checksum ;)
