My friend loaded the piasini 4.1 v2 to his computer. He has everything in the folder accept the slave icon does not show the green frog. it shows a square box. when he tries to open it it says you do not have permission. Any ideas ?

The master version opens with his licence. But does not go green. Im sure he has drivers insltalled correcltly but when he plugged in piasini he could not see drivers self installing . any idea s ?
