Hello! Here in Russia we've heared some information that chiptuning of BMW f-series (for ex. f10 530d) is now available in Germany. Is it true? Tuning-boxes are not interesting, we really want to get any information about chiptuning by changin the ECU program.

Thanks for info, but I'm very interested in the technology of reading/writing of ECUs on BMW f-series. How is it possible to do it and with what particular equipment? I will be very grateful for any information about it!

Some of the F cars are being done using E-sys / ethernet to "inject" the file through OBD.
