firs repair or change starter and stop damaging you ecu no need change in ecu nothing its just starter problem i have loads of them and never change info in ecu

As the starter ages it becomes slightly lazy and Iq below 250 rpm= 0 when engine is at operating temp. No need to change starter

so its means easy way to change dump in ecu ?or repiar actual problem ?

The problem is the software in the ecu not the starter. Bosch fixed this in EDC17.

we will see when agian same guy ask for dump then after few months cant start hot car :D

You can replace the starter or like the VW dealer replace it by an improved more expensive starter, but the problem could come back after a year. Have done a lot of hotstart fixes (simple and without getting your hands dirty) which all ended in happy car owners!
The idea is just that when the car is cold, it could have some problems in getting the rpm up, so it will allow starting at a lower rpm, but as soon as the car is warm (hot) the software wants to see a higher start rpm. So when the car is "hot" you need a higher start rpm.

I do Agree, its actually BUG in the soft, once repaired in soft, the problem never comes back.
