vectra b x20dti help to find maps

I have vectra b x20dti 99', and I whant chiptuning it. bosch number 0281001634. I'm kind'a newbie on chiptuning, but want try everything. Dont judge me, car is my own, and all risk falls on me. So I have found egr map 3A276 12x13, on that everything clear for me. 3B494 10x10 diver wish? XY axes clear for me, but what units Z axis? Same on 3BA7A. Maybe someone knows all maps, I'l be grateful if you share with it's.

EGR map O.K.-3A276
DW-398A0
Turbo-3A7B0
Smoke limiter-3BA7A
Torque limiter-3B9A6

and what about units? for turbo map everything clear, in mbar, but for smoke limiter? winols shows 1700,1800...etc.

Yes.
P.S.
Units in "smoke limiter" and "torque limiter" maps, is fuel injection in mg, divided by 100.
"Torque limiter" map is exactly with start adres 3B9A6, 20x1; and one more "torque limiter" map - 3B816, 15x1 ;)
And don't forget for this map - 3BB90, limit the injection to 60 mg. depending on temperature...
