toyota avensis 2001 all keys lost

Hi, DK. I have avensis. ecu is denso, part no. 89661-05473. inside 93c56. On ignition barrel there is white box. inside i have 20 pins MC68HC05J1A. I think keys are in 93c56. I read it in both 8 bit and 16 bit versions. I can't find 4c key information in it. What key type should it be used and how can i add them?

sorry, lads, done by myself. To early started to cry for help. this is dump if someone needs.
by the way, read as a 16 bits and swapped key data bytes.
