virgin newsgroups ?

Hi Guys its been a while ago since i downloaded a wii game from my virgin media newsgroups but i've forgot how to enter it in grabbit can you guys help me out

i no how where to put it in but not sure on what it should be

Open grabit right click default server in left hand pane then then left click server properties then enter "news.virginmedia.com" in hostname without the " the rest should set itself
