Interesting little catalogue of entries for a design competittion to build a tower in London to rival the Eiffel Tower..
My fave can be found on page 21, spiral design with steam engine going up it..

About now I'd say something like "but at least the Italians managed to build there's, they seem to have the will to do something".... however I won't :D

Good find though Shady. The ones that contained offices and actually had some real use would have been better, not that that aspect would have bothered the Victorians.

what about the collisium they still building by the looks of it lol
