5E20 bmw abs error

hi mates i search this dtc
5E20 - HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SENSOR INTERNAl
how to repair this error
pls help

the switch is internal and goes open circuit.
if it is similar to VAG then the wires are hybrid (hf welded alloy) down deep in the hydraulic assy
access is by machining the switch protective cover open.

SOME places are starting to repair them.


bmw have plenty in stock!

Ask for Repair for this fault ONLY and they will supply the BOTTOM half of the pump. Few allen bolts and bleed the system, clear codes and its done.

costs around ?150-200 for the part here in the UK
