vito ezs mask 1l02m flash needed

Hi

after changing mileage in vito ezs mask 1l01m the car does started a few times but now it does not start anymore. i cannot turn the key. my remote control works fine and the mileage is also okay. i think my flash is corrupted.

Can i copy flash from the other 908 in the mcu where the mileage is stored or does anyone has a flash for me.

the part no. is 6395450108.

be carefull.
if the car first after change km started and then not i think flash isnt corrupt.
look on pcb where you made solderings.
make a diag to car.
this flash cant be corrupted because has security bytes.

Hi. I tried to diag with star but it says that the ignition must be on and i am not able to turn the key.

I programmed it with elProsys and thee are only 3 soldering Leads wich i checked and resoldered ? few times. Not lifter any pins
I am gonna recheck tomorrow.

hi leon, something occurred to me in a mercedes c200 kompresor EZS, arm board, arm EZS, lit the engine and everything ok, then put together and get the job done, the key would not turn, disassemble and check several times, but nothing unusual, resigned I told the customer and he told me he had happened to him before and had already ordered a new key ....
three times the owner hit the key in the shift lever, face down and put it in the ignition, the car lit ....
I commented that I wanted to do the same after shutdown, but I could not, he did it again and it started.
testing is an inexpensive and fast, you lose nothing by testing, care! is a stroke of your finger, do not hit very hard.

unfortunatly the flash that alexei send me isnt the right version.
there are 3 different version for this ezs as far as i know.

@malc. the trick with the key doesnt work for me.

Does anyone have other flash version please.

I think you must have crypted backup file on your unit.
send it to Elprosys to decrypt and restore flash dump

just called them, unfortunatly only eeprom.
tomorrow i am gonna check some cars if there is a ezs with the same no. i,ll keep it up to date.

Hi, if your remote works I did not think that is a matter of corrupt flash, please check with star if the key data is received by ezs. You can do even if the ignition is off. Try to hit cancel when star ask you for ignition on , or try to diagnose only ezs, do not use quick test. When you diagnose ezs try to see in actual value what is happening with the comunication between ezs and key. I has twice some broken ezs with the coil interrupt. Ther is 2 coils in serial which will feed up the key. Please check these coils.

I diagnosed with star today and the key is recognised.
I saw in star that there was no communication with the els steering lock. I tried wiyh another els from another vito but that didnt solve anything.

Do you have a picture from the ezs where is clear wich parts i need to renew

conect EZS with cables in DP3

Start your Dp3 ,
go in OPTIONS,
found and choise RESTORE
then found the file wich was automaticly SAVE in card
and push OK, and wait

be carefull , you must choise GOOD file
DONT CHANGE THE NAME ON FILE which was automaticly backup, when you first time read
lieve it like Dp3 give the name

Hi

I repaired the car by buying another ezs and programming both eeprom into the new ezs. I checked the flashes of both 908 and they where still OK.

After all i think technosoftex was right and the coils where broken but i am not sure.
Technosofttex, do you have a picture which coils exactly to change for future repairs?

Me tried this vito is strange problems sometimes but mileage chip never cause trouble car not start had already dead chip all lights on esp abs dont know what else no mileage and car still start so must be problem something else immo chip or hardware fault mileage chip not so important for start

Hello, i need flash file for A6395450108 with mask 1L02M, ezs won't come on when tested with ezs checker so am sure its the flash file that has issues

This is HC08. No flash problems on this EZS, only MCU problems
