i need help to fix these cars,i never do it before.

pls i would like you to tell me how to syncrocize the ecu to immo with mb star to sort them out(i recently bought mb star)

but i want to let you know that i compare my ml 163 4cyl(petrol engine)dump with yours it seems there's no changes,may be i need to try,right?
ml 163 4cyl eeprom read is:24c02.
