Does anyone have any info come across one before?
Is it a Mercedes system? Can it be done?
Thanks.

Don't understand why ur taking the p*ss....
As for the rest thanks I'll contact dealer and see if they know anything about it. Regarding taking reading, I reckon its a Mercedes system which wouldn't help me much with a speedo reading.

I believe this is not a Mercedes based car. Definitely not the engine. That is a new McLaren/Ricardo design. Personally I wouldn't want to go near it. I don't like things I don't know about, especially when I am looking at $275,000 worth of car. Brownie point value only! Arthur.

I'll give it a crack for sure, if you look at the speedo, clocks ALOT like a Ferrari speedo.
From research McLaren take parts from Mercedes/Ferrari, so if the clock is not from merc, its from Ferrari.

lets say that dash isnt a problem but for sure this car store km an hours on many places.

Turns out its not stored in 5m48h its in eeprom underneath not sure what type sent it off to be done thinking it was in 5m48h but got it back done by eeprom but mclaren pulled discrepency when it went in error codes i think so dont bother unless you can read codes and clear them

Interesting could be similar to a 458 after all. Wonder what's actually store in processor after all
