xprog-m problem

Hello, my original xprog-m wont read anymore anything, it gets stuck in the begining with green led on and software saying initialising.....
I tried ews4 that i have in in stock for years and worked before as well as cas3 black .

Check your port settings...

Ports are fine, same result with usb and serial cable

This is XPROG-M from TMT or XPROG-BOX from ELDB?
Have you ever tried to read the EEPROM 93Cxx or 24Cxx, mount it in the 8 pin socket?

its from TMT, no i havent read anything else than the 9S12 secured mcus.

I had this green light issue once, it was a faulty USB cable. Try another

So i installed newest software and drivers from tmt website, now i get either device silent or vcc pin overloaded check pin vcc connection, using a new usb cable.
Hope to get some help guys .
