UPA USB Programmer Problem

Hello,

I use the programmer since 2010. Never had any problem with it.
And today a want read one MC68H05L28 but the programmer don't work.
I checked all connections,lift all pins and reinstall the software but nothing change.

I tried 93CXX and 24CXX, and it works perfectly

This is the trouble message:

USB Module Connected, FS Mode
System Error: 997
System Error: 997
System Error: 997
Reading: 1 Error Found Device: MC68H05L28 Range 0-FF


Test : 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,20,21,22,40,41,42,60 Failed


Anybody know what the problem is? Can you help me?
