Mileage volvo 2008 used BCM please!

Hello !, I have here 1 volvo S80 from 2008 to change the Vecam/Bcm module, well the old is broken, i have 1 used from scrap, i need to put the good value of mileage, In the dash put with the second hand module 187923 km, and i need 154900 km more or less, i attach file of vecam module. thanks in advance!

swap eprom from the broken one. you will have orig km and car codings.

Is the problem...:( i have tried to read but in xprog, all time says something about device power error, and i can't read, i have tried with upa and still the same...

change the eeprom itself you dont nned to read it and write it

first time in my life i hear its brocken BCM on Volvo!!!

Yes, broken, the car come in grua to my garage, don't start and the key don't work...I open the BCM, and found that some components are broken..fired...:(( strange..., some fuses broken in the hood, I think that the owner try to start the car with another power supply and put the ground in positive etc....

but I dont know any tool for keys for Volvo after 2007

its 95320 or 25320

2 versions of this, but i allways do with OBD, DP3

Hello markony! thanks for your response..but i don't have problem to read, i ave desoldered the eeprom, and i have found the points to read in the back side( see the first photo), my problem is that the car have different mileage have 154900 more or less, and the another bcm have 187.000, o s is possible to make this with a upa script??? i ave upa usb too...

Read Original eeprom from your car and save,
then write this eeprom in another BCM, and
you will start the car and "maybe the new km from dash will come after 32km"
in your new BCM but not shore

It is strange Because I put all modules, in order with fuses and all, and the real mileage of the bcm come back, i put here the dash file, is possible is bad the correction can you see??... thanks harius!

still same problem, i have maked all prodecures for fuses connections and still the same...
